Tiffani Ray

Real estate investors need to have a variety of tools in their bag to be ready for changing market circumstances.

Navigating short sales will be essential when the market declines and your sellers find themselves underwater or facing foreclosure.

Join us in welcoming Tiffani Ray, current president of REIA of Greater Cincinnati, to learn about short sales, beginning to end. Ms. Ray is a 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, investing in single family, multi-family, commercial, and group housing, as well as managing defaulted mortgages for Fifth Third Bank, Shellpoint Mortgages, and US Bank. She has extensive experience on both sides of the short sale transaction.

The short sale process is complicated, lengthy, and somewhat unpredictable. Tiffani will take us step-by-step through the entire process, providing you the tools to address your seller's problem and provide solutions.
