About Jerry Green

Jerry Green is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur based in Germantown, Ohio, where he lives with his wife of 20 years and their four children. With over 30 years of experience, Jerry has completed more than 3,000 deals, ranging from single-family homes to multifamily and commercial properties.

Starting in 1994 after a tough bankruptcy, he grew his business from wholesaling to fix-and-flips, eventually building a scalable operation that runs smoothly without his day-to-day involvement. Today, Jerry focuses on high-volume virtual wholesale deals and helps others succeed in real estate through his training programs and the REI Sales Academy. He also leads live events to help investors level up their skills.
