Since 2014 Clyde Elkins has held multiple positions at Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority (AMHA) in the Housing Placement and Housing Choice Voucher departments, including a 1 ½ year stint as HCVP Inspections supervisor.  In his current role of Housing Resource Specialist he works with AMHA clients, housing providers, and partner agencies to educate all parties and facilitate the process of connecting landlords with prospective tenants.  He is a member of committees to redesign the Summit Housing Search website and develop The Opportunity Project for Cities site, both to be rolled out in early 2024.
