Andy Teasley is a seasoned “Serial Entrepreneur” with over 40 years of experience building and running small to medium-sized businesses. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about real estate investing as a means to build lasting wealth. Raised by a teacher and a CPA, Andy has always believed in paying forward the knowledge he has gained.

A self-described “seminar junkie,” Andy began his real estate journey in 1980 with Lone Young Grey and has since used his seminar experiences to refine his teaching approach. He advocates for local REIAs over expensive guru programs and has invested in various real estate sectors. At the peak of the last buying boom, Andy held over 50 doors as a buy-and-hold investor.

Currently, Andy focuses on flipping mobile homes, creating discounted notes, and managing "Single Space Mobile Home Parks." He publishes a free weekly newsletter, "The Weekly What If?", filled with calculator practice problems and vetted educational resources. Andy also occasionally offers classes on using the HP10bii financial calculator and mobile home flipping. He is a California native, residing near Palm Springs.
