Richard Fowler is the founder of InvestWell Capital, LLC.

He has been a successful business owner as well as professional real estate investor since 2012; experienced in multifamily, self-storage, and private lending spaces. Richard uses his excellent negotiation skills combined with market knowledge to structure creative deals and develop strategic plans to bring the most out of investment opportunities. He has a passion for helping others find the right investments they need to fulfill their financial dreams.

 

His impressive investment portfolio consists of $6 million in rental portfolio, $10 million in buying and selling residential properties and $1 million in lending. In addition to his other activities, he hosts both local and nationwide meetings for multifamily professionals and investors. There, he shares knowledge and builds relationships with peers working in the industry. He also has served as a guest speaker on a variety of podcasts.
