Since then, Jerry has successfully completed over 3,000 deals, including single-family and multifamily renovations, as well as commercial properties.

Through numerous setbacks, costly mistakes, and personal adversity, he persevered to create a thriving real estate business that operates efficiently without his day-to-day involvement. Today, Jerry serves as the CEO of his REI business, focusing on high-volume, virtual wholesale deals.
